Michelle L. Lock, M.D.
Michelle Lock graduated magna cum laude from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. She received her M.D. from the University of Minnesota Medical School in 2002, graduating as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her pediatric training at Oregon Health and Science University in 2005, and has worked in the greater Boston area as a general pediatrician since that time. Dr. Lock is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Lock is an active member of the Pediatric Physicians' Organization at Children's (PPOC). She serves as Chair of their Quality Improvement Committee, as well as a Director on the PPOC Board of Directors. She founded Commonwealth Pediatrics in 2015 with Dr. Espinosa-Louissaint.
Dr. Lock lives with her husband, daughter, and Golden Retriever. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking, and watching baseball. When she was little, she dreamed of being an astronaut.
Angelica Espinosa-Louissaint, M.D.
Angelica Espinosa graduated cum laude from Barnard College of Columbia University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. She received her M.D. from the Cornell University Medical College in 2001. She completed her pediatric training at NYU Medical Center and Bellevue Hospital in 2004. Dr. Espinosa is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Espinosa is an active member of the Pediatric Physicians' Organization at Children's (PPOC). She founded Commonwealth Pediatrics in 2015 with Dr. Lock.
Dr. Espinosa lives with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys attending the theater, cooking, and playing board games with her family. When she was little, she dreamed of being a fashion designer or a brain surgeon.

Commonwealth Pediatrics has partnered with Psychological Care Associates (PCA) to provide Psychological Services on site, alongside, and in collaboration with Commonwealth Pediatrics' pediatricians who care for your child. Beginning November 2016, Dr. Alejandra H. Faust, PhD will provide evaluation, consultation, brief treatment and parent guidance for children and families, together and in coordination with the Commonwealth Pediatrics staff you have always known.
Alejandra H. Faust, PhD
Alejandra H. Faust, PhD. earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University at Albany, SUNY, Albany, NY; trained at mercyFirst, Syosset in New York and completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Bedford, MA. Following her fellowship, Dr. Faust continued on staff at the Bedford VA in Health Psychology. While at SUNY Albany, she conducted research in the interaction of biological and psycho-social factors in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology and Urology; the comparative functioning of internationally adopted children; the relationship between aggression and information processing, language development and social-emotional functioning in pre-school aged children; and risk and protective factors contributing to adjustment in adolescent girls. Dr Faust has presented at professional conferences on a wide range of topics in the field of Health Psychology, focusing on children, adolescents and parent-child relationships. Dr. Faust will provide evaluation and treatment for children and adults at PCA’s Stoneham office, and she will join the staff of Commonwealth Pediatrics, a PCA partner and member practice of the Pediatric Physicians Organization at Children’s, providing evaluation, consultation, primary care treatment and guidance for children and families.
