Shannon started her career as a triage/ floor nurse. Over a few years, she added responsibilities and became a Nurse Manager. Shannon has loved getting to know all of the patients and families on a more personal level through her work at Commonwealth Pediatrics, where she started in December 2018 as Nurse Manager and Medical Home Care Coordinator.
When I was a child, I always the one holding the babies or taking care of the younger children around me. My love for kids and medicine collided when I was an adolescent and needed an appendectomy. My desire to become a pediatric nurse was born.
